How can we do this well we create you a site and the framework to keep it all together and then allow certain parts of the site to be editable and be added to by yourselves, we use an open source product called SilverStripe it's a content management system that allows us to customise it to your need and requirements.
For our property and real estate sites we build on the frame work provided again by another open source product Open Realty, similar to SilverStripe it's a content management system that has been tailored for the property markets.
We believe strongly in using open source products, these are systems built by the people for the people and as such should you ever decide that you would like to use another company after we have designed your site they will be able to follow the code and you will never be left high and dry with a site that can't be modified.
